Cluster Installation

(Applicable for two or more adjacent pipes.)

1) Flatten the mesh skirt on both Termistops.


2) Place Termistops together as shown.

(Applicable for two or more adjacent pipes.)

3) Utilizing at least ¼ inch, fold the mesh as pictured. Then using the pliers, flatten the mesh at the edge of the fold.


4) Fold the mesh one additional time and using the pliers, flatten the mesh at the edge of the fold.

(Applicable for two or more adjacent pipes.)

5) Your Termistops should now look similar to the photo on the left. Make sure the area of joined edges is flattened and horizontal with the Termistops.


6) Slide the Termistops over the top of the pipes, being careful not to pull them apart.

(Applicable for two or more adjacent pipes.)

7) Once lowered to the correct depth on the pipe, tighten the clamp to secure the Termistops in place.


8) You have now successfully installed a cluster application. Apply Termitape and you are finished with this set of pipes.

Triple Fold Installation

(Used in case of a "T" Connector or a Termistop will not slide over the top of a pipe.)



1) Remove clamp from Termistop.


2) Cut along one of the "V's", make sure to cut with the grain of mesh.

3) Fold tabs up, approximately 1/2" each as shown in the picture.


4) Attach to pipe as shown.

5) Secure tab edges with a clamp.


6) Grab tabs at interior edges.

7) Turn 3/4 rotation of pliers.


8) Press the top of tabs tight with pliers. Then repeat steps 6, 7, 8.

9) Lay tab flat as shown.


10) Loosen clamp and place around the pipe.

11) Slide Clamp onto Termistop.


12) Make sure that you can see Mesh all around the top of the clamp.
Then tighten the clamp in place.

13) Now raise the edges of the clamp 15 degrees above horizontal and you are complete.
